Story
We are first time Foster carers and we had our very first placement on November 21st 2017. There was a knock at the door and we were met by two beautiful girls with their social worker. They were very quiet and scared and didn't have much at all with them apart from outgrown clothes and a few tatty toys. We invited them into our home and the girls sat with their social worker not leaving her side. The toddler was very shy and kept covering her face, the older one was the mother figure to her sister and very protective. After an hour the social worker left and now we were responsible for these girls.
The foster children came with us to pick up our children from school and Nursery, once they had met each other i knew it would break the ice. I was right we saw smiles and heard chuckles of laughter and after that day we never looked back. Throughout the 6 months we became a very close family. We all had a special bond and as time past that bond grew stronger and stronger, the girls became sisters and all 4 were our daughters, we would do anything for them.
We can't remember life before the foster girls, our house was full of fun, laughter and so much love.
As first time foster carers we made some naive mistakes which unfortunately led to the girls being removed to another foster family. They were so happy and settled here made great friends. The girls even called us mum and dad. and told us how much they loved us everyday.
To not see their little faces is devastating and it has devastated our daughters too, they grew to be sisters and did everything together.
We have never asked for anything but today i am asking for your help to reunite us as a family and help the girls to live in their forever home in which they have always wanted. We would love to adopt the girls so we could love care and cherish them as we did before and give them the life they deserve.
Please help us raise money so we can fight for the right to adopt them.

6 years agoHi everyone. Thank you for your donations and support. Unfortuately the judge didnt understand the strong bond we had with the children or took into consideration the childrens wishes. I would like to thank you once again in helping us to fight for the children. I just hope one day they understand we did our best to fight for them and they will always be in our hearts xx
