What is crowdfunding?

Crowdfunding is the new way to raise money for a personal cause on JustGiving.

Save the date - Friday 27th January at the Manx Legion Club, Douglas - PS I'M GONNA HAVE A FROZEN HEAD THAT TIME OF YEAR! 😳

As many of you know, my beloved husband Bruce has Huntingtons Disease which is a hereditary disorder of the central nervous system, this normally develops between 30 and 50 years old. The only way I can describe the symptoms are a mix of Parkinson's, Motor Neurone and Dementia all in one. Further information can be found at www.hda.org.uk (there is no charity on the Isle of Man for Huntingtons, but there are patients being treated and also sent to the Neurology centre at Walton Liverpool, Bruce attends a trial here).

I am raising money for this worthwhile cause to help find a cure. On the Friday 27th January I will be Braving the Shave. Please come along and show your support, there will be a raffle with some great prizes and karaoke provided by the one and only a Karaoke FM Mike Faragher.

It is also my birthday on the 30th, so come along and enjoy.

For those who cannot attend, I will create a just giving page. THANKYOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT
