As you all know, our beautiful Marie suffers from a chronic bowel disease called ulcerative colitis which she has battled for many years. Her condition has now become critical resulting in major surgery. Sadly Marie and Dom have had to postpone their wedding in July and put married life on hold while Marie recovers from the operation.

Many of you have been in touch with me wanting to give Marie your best wishes and send flowers, but unfortunately flowers are not permitted at the hospital so I thought setting up this funding page would be a nice alternative and give us the opportunity to let her know how much she is loved.

The money raised will help towards Marie and the family rebuilding their lives and give them a gift of a well deserved holiday together.

I just have one thing to ask! Please do not share this page publically on Facebook or social media sites. I hope it will be shared privately amongst her friends and family. I want to try and keep this funding a secret from Marie and Dom so that it will be a huge surprise gift to them once Marie is back at home so if you are in touch with them, please don't mention it.
