    Story

The staff, led by Mr Hussain the school's Headteacher, will run 5K to raise money to buy books for our children's library.

The staff at George Mitchell Primary and Early Years Phases will be running 5K around Leyton, on April 21st 2017 to raise money to buy new books for their future school library.
Next October our old school is being rebuilt and as part of the new building we will have a new library - but we have no books to put it!

The children need fiction and non fiction books which will inspire, engage and give a life-long love of reading and books.

The money raised will buy books for the new school library which over 400 children will be able to use; from Nursery to Year 6.
