This year I am running the Cardiff half marathon in support of Bobath children's therapy centre Wales. This is in Loving memory of Hari Meldrum and in support of his parents Tristy and Steve who will be completing their first half marathon.
Please give generosly so this charity can contunue to help and support other families.
