This lockdown is proving challenging for so many - but with 20 horses to feed, and only livery income coming in, the next few weeks look very bleak indeed. There is an end in sight, but another month to go before we can open again and start to pay off some of the bills which are mounting up. Projected outgoings for the next 4 weeks are around £7000 - income around £2000, so please help if you can. One whole month since we started our fundraiser, 5 weeks in to lockdown #3. We have been shown such kindness, often by people we have never met, and so many of you have sent donations and messages of support - thank you all. Just to give you an example of some of our outgoings to keep our TDS horses happy and healthy, this month's vet bill is £1326.00 On this we have several vaccinations, a colic, a nasty wound needing stapling, and removal of wolf teeth... Hi everyone, just thought we would update you on what is happening here at TDS. For riding schools the UK over times are getting very tough right now. The winter is harsh, and harsher still is the reality that not all of us are going to make it through this lockdown. Without an end in sight, and with grants already spent on forage, vets, utilities and staffing costs we truly are in our hour of need right now.
