Owen has cystitic fibrosis. I have had the pleasure of meeting owen and his grandad billy when having to go into hospital with my own little boy.

Owen got a lung transplant at the tail end of last year which was excellent news but unfortunatly suffered a complication and is now in hospital with an infection in his spine. They are stuck miles away from home for approximatly 12 weeks.

The hospital doesnt feed billy and there are no fridges in the rooms. Im hoping to raise a bit of money to help with the costs of food and entertainment for them whilst they are stuck in.

please help. Anyone ive sponsered over the years. Its not for me but for a good family that would go out there way to help even if they didnt have it to give.

To update after 7 weeks in hospital they have let owen go home but they now have travel everyday to the rvi and james cook for bloods, physio and hydrotherapy.

For anyone that hasnt spent time in hospital with a child to give you an idea 2 weeks in hospital with archie i spend between £300 -£400.

When you are in hospital with your child the last thing you want to be worrying about is money, you want to be able to concentrate on getting your child healthy and home.
