Story
The aim of my Help for Homeless project is to draw awareness to the ever growing population of homeless men, women and teenagers and also to raise money to buy items to go into Hope Boxes. Hope Boxes are simply shoe boxes filled with items that will come in handy for those living on the streets, the items would range from hygiene products to small items of clothing (such as gloves, a hat or a pair of socks). Here is a list of the items that will be included;
- A hat
- A pair of gloves
- A reusable water bottle
- A hand warmer
- A 4 piece dental hygiene kit
- 2 pairs of socks
- A can of deodorant (either mens or womens)
- A pack of 100 assorted plasters
The overall cost for a single hope box is £8.50, so donating a very small amount of money could bring happiness to someone with very little.
