I'm taking this opportunity to inform you about the Manchester half marathon that me and a group of close friends will be participating in on October 15th 2017. We are running the marathon in order to raise money for a close personal friend, to help support him and his family in his fight against cancer. We are aiming to raise as much money as possible to help fund the travel costs and items which he has needed to buy so that he feels more comfortable during this difficult time.
