Sadly Gary lost his fight on 24th January 2017, as a family we would like all of the money that has already been kindly donated / raised to be donated to Brain Tumour Research UK. We believe Gary would have wanted this as it could help others that are affected by this cruel illness. Gary's funeral will be held on Friday 10th February at 12pm Pitsea crematorium, Church Rd, Bowers Gifford SS13 2HG and then afterwards at Richmond Hall, Benfleet SS7 5HA.

FUNDRAISING UPDATE- Give Lyn no excuse to back out of her parachute jump! A close friend of the family Lyn and her son and daughter will be doing a 20,000ft parachute jump in Australia when visiting her son in january! Lyn is terrified of heights if you know her you would know haha! It has already been paid for so any sponsors will go straight onto this page and will help get Gary this treatment, don't give Lyn and excuse to drop out and sponsor her!! Thankyou!

We recently found out that Gary wasn't able to have the form of immunotherapy he was offered as he is too ill to do so, therefore a new type has been offered called immunotherapy with dendritic cells. This will be done in Germany where he will stay for 8/10 days every month! The cost is lower which is great and making it more achievable to help make my Uncle well again!
