Ok-this is hard for me to do. I am asking for help. If you read this, feel a connection to what I am trying to achieve and are able to donate what you can financially through this 'Just Giving' page, then I would be forever grateful and humbled by your kindness.

I have finally been accepted to study my dream subject in HUMAN RIGHTS at University. After 9 years as a teacher I left the UK to travel and write music to explore more of what's happening in the world. Most of this time I have lived hand to mouth in a van (of which there have been 4 different ones in 3 different countries) paying my way mostly through music. I.e nothing!

My plan was to continue living in my small van here in the U.K. to afford to study but unfortunately I am not going to be able to study living like this or afford it. So essentially, I am not able to afford to study this year. My loan just covers my fee's and leaves nothing spare. I will need a years rent to be able to complete this year which I simply cannot come close to affording right now.

I know for me that this is the last real opportunity I will have to do this years course before hoping to use it to make a real difference with the work I can do to help support and raise the voice of those people who don't get heard. It is my simple passion to want to live doing good for humanity and this is the stepping stone to getting there to build on my current skills of teaching and music and sport.

My plan, if people wanted to help me achieve this years study, would be to ask for a financial donation through this crowdfunding site. However I would never ask for anything unless I could give a gift or something in return.

What I can give back is my music. I have written many songs over the past three years and shared them through busking and gigs but I have never uploaded any for download. I guess this is the right time to get them recorded and to share them with all my friends and families as a gift in exchange for what you can donate to my study dream through this site. I will attach the site in the next week or two once I have them recorded and uploaded and they will be free to download to you guys. You might all think-Wilson you are such a looser begging for help, but the truth is I am having to tell the uni in the next 5 days that I can't afford to study so will have to drop out. If I cannot get the funds together by the 4th October, then I will have to jump back in the van and find another way.

I am so sorry to ask for help with money as I know everyone struggles with it. I have never asked for money for anything ever and so this is really a awkward and alien thing for me to do, but a good friend of mine recently informed me that my own favourite thing to do in life is to give to those who genuinely need it and unless someone asks for help, no one can offer help...so here goes!
