I have been given the exciting opportunity to travel to Kenya in 2019, for 2 weeks, to do humanitarian work for Kenyan children. From Teaching and Building And Renovation work. I need to raise £2095. I would also like to take gifts, such as clothing, underwear, and sanitary products. In the up coming few months i will be hosting various events in order to help reach my target. I am so excited to make a difference to these poor children who live in a very deprived Kenyan town. Ever since I can remember, ive wanted to help others, even more so for it to be the children of Africa. After seeing my own mother very poorly with AML leukaemia it has taught me that life is short and giving me more of an incentive to help others, more so those that are less fortunate then myself. So to be giving this opportunity is amazing.It will also be a learning experience for myself and give me a better understanding of the world.
