Dr. Nana Medical Awareness Mission 2017
The story: Looking to raise $150,000
For the past five years, as seen on the website: www.santacommunity.com , Dr, Erick Nana the founder of Dr Nana Awareness Mission has been spending ten percent of the 365 days of each year in Africa raising awareness and saving the lives of thousands of people through screening of diabetes and hypertension. He has been providing free medications. He  has built a center and  put medical personnel to assist the free screening and counseling.
Dr.Nana has been personally sponsoring these annual missions. 
Last year 2016 was particularly challenging, items for the mission got stolen in the USA. Every dollar spent to buy the items which were stolen from Dr. Nana's  car in Washington Dc in 2016  which included a laptop, tablet, camera, othoscope, prescription glasses, opthalmoscope kit, portable EKG machine and stephoscope) came from his own financial contributions. The perpetrator was apprehended by the Washington DC police and sentenced at the Washington DC superior court by the Washington DC Attorney's office. Dr. Nana never received any of the items back or any compensation still continued the DNA Awareness Mission in 2016.
TIMELINE: As soon as possible 
 Currently we are seeking sponsors to enable the Dr. Nana Awareness Medical Mission 2017 to take place in Africa. We need the funds as soon as possible to get the following items:

For furniture to accommodate both the staff and patient.
Stationary 40 Notebooks ie hospital exercise books to document  blood pressure and sugar readings.
cost of training admin staff/ programme Director
cost of medical staff
Notebooks, computer and printers at the Dr. Nana Awareness center to assist record keeping.
EKG, Ultrasound machines  to diagnose damages done by hypertension and diabetes. 
Medications and Medical supplies.
Generators, solar equipment.
