Just short of an 8 mile walk last night along the canal. Sun was shining, birds were singing and it was lovely. I'm def not a hill fan, they are going to be hard on this walk but as long as I take them slow I will make it all the way :) More walking planned for the rest of the week AND our first 'Race at Your Pace' month is nearly completed and we have both smashed our targets so looking forward to starting next months and smashing the new target for that too before our BIG walk. A whole weekend of being on our feet at Y Team camp and 17 miles covered, training without really noticing it but every little helps, even just the being on your feet for long periods of time. Fully training will commence tomorrow couple of miles planned for the next few days to get the legs pumping :) Please remember to help us and donate a little for these two great charities.

Training is going well. Who knew walking could be so hard! Plenty more training to do to get us in good shape for the walk. Thank you to all who have sponsored us so far on here and in person.
