Well...... We all know the popular man Benjamin Bowen AKA "EJJ" or nowadays PEG LEG, After getting up close and personal with a tree... 10 years ago this year .. after the accident, not much has stopped him, working self employed in steel fabrication up to this year, regularly cycling, swimming and trying to do his best at Golf now & again (although he sucks really :)!) but he wants to push further....after a recent conversation.. he's wanting a New Prosthetic Leg (pretty technical i understand.. built in shock absorber and electronically controlled...) this will make his quality of life better and hopefully able to advance his much loved golf (he can stop using it as a excuse then, for why he is so bad :P) and maybe able to go skiing again! Unfortunately the NHS will not fund this and he needs around £6000............... a great friend he is to us all, always greets you with a smile, a hug or a handshake and followed by "HOW YOU DOIN!!!" a really loyal and fun chap! We think this would be great fundraiser to help him... so................ can his friends do a little something for him for a change???? as usually this guy goes out his way to help us! all we need is an average of £24 from 250 people! should be easy with the amount of people he knows!
