This Christmas most of us will be at home with our families sharing lovely food and gifts. It wont cross our minds that there are roughly 8,000 people every year sleeping on the streets. Homelessness doesn't just mean they have no home, Homeless people are 35 times more likely to commit suicide than the average person, On average homeless people die at just 47, compared to the average 81 year old UK Citizen. 1 in 10 homeless people are urinated on whilst they sleep. Homeless people are 47 times more likely to be a victim of theft. 10% of homeless people have been in the armed forces.

On 20th December we will be going around London to give out bags to the homeless which will contain sandwiches, snacks, items to keep them warm and other useful things. Please donate whatever you can to help at least one person feel human for even one night. Please use this opportunity to realise how blessed we are to have food and a warm home this Christmas and help even 1 person less fortunate than us.
