My 13 year old daughter Stacey recently did a collection at school for shoeboxes for the Homeless , so with schools help , my work colleagues and local SW group we managed to get 25 shoe boxes together.

We went along to a Christmas Dinner that was put on in Peterborough at https://www.facebook.com/UNITE4HUMANITY/ Where people from all walks of life came together to provide for the Homeless in Peterborough , this was such an eye opener for us all as a family and we met some wonderful people who were so appreciative and thankful for what we were all doing for them !

They were thrilled with the shoeboxes , hot meals and takeaway food that was supplied and also some treats - chocolate , cakes , sausage rolls and sandwiches and extra blankets , sleeping bags , hats , gloves and scarfs and so much more !!

After talking to several people that afternoon we found out what things that would be most useful to them and this is why we are starting our crowdfunding page so we can achieve this in 2018 - we would appreciate any donations big or to help us make there life's a little better in 2018 .....!!
