As many of you know I've spent the last 12 months being treated for Hodgkin's Lymphoma at St James Hospital in Leeds. The haematology department that I was under the care of provides free refreshments (Tea, coffee, juice, snacks) for all patients and family waiting in the clinic. This service is only possible because of the amazing work by the guys at Hug on a Tray and the donation box in the clinic is a huge part of its income.

Tonight whilst waiting in clinic I sadly witnessed the contents of the donation box be stolen. To say I'm heartbroken is an understatement. The contents of that box is not only the money of cancer patients and their families but it provides much needed comfort and dignity to people during what is likely the worst time of their lives.

PLEASE help me try and recoup some of the funds that have been lost tonight. Even just a pound could give multiple people undergoing treatment, or caring for a loved one, a cup of tea at a time when they might need it most. I know it might sound silly or simply, but its the silly simple things that make ALL the difference when you're fighting cancer.
