Story
Hurricanes Explorer unit is a small group of 14 - 18 year olds. We have been running for 5 years and are steadily growing in numbers. We have limited funds, but wish to give our dedicated teenagers the best experiences we can through our camps, activities and D of E adventures.
We will be running sponsored and fundraising events over the next year to raise funds to help the unit with equipment and costs needed for the above.
Our fist sponsored event is a cycle ride from Dieppe to Paris by one of our younger members. He is in training and plans to ride the 250 miles in August this year.
