Hi all Just to let you all know that because the half marathon didn’t go ahead, instead I signed up to a swimming event which is happening this Saturday. I’ve been training to swim 1.5km (45 lengths) at the Hornchurch swimmathon event this Saturday. I’m aiming for under 35 minutes but it all depends on the day! Hopefully the lanes won’t be too busy! Thanks again for all your support- we have some ideas of how to use the money wisely to enhance learning!

Hi all Thankyou so much for all your kind donations so far! The training had been going well until I reached 10 miles when unfortunately I had an injury! Since then I haven’t been able to run more than 3 miles without having to stop because of the pain. I’m really disappointed to say that I won’t be able to run next weekend with the rest of the team, but I will be there to cheer them on and aim to retrain and complete a half marathon in May time instead!
