From mid-November of this year to mid-February 2018 I will be undertaking a music therapy placement in an HIV clinic in Kampala, Uganda. I have just begun the third and final year of the music therapy training course at UWE Bristol and this will be my final placement before (hopefully!) becoming a qualified music therapist.

The placement will involve facilitating music sessions with children and adults affected by HIV, as well as helping to support the growth of an ongoing music programme in the clinic by working alongside local staff.

I need around £2000 in total to undertake this placement (I plan to fund the majority of the placement myself) so any donations, no matter how big or small, would be very helpful and very much appreciated. Any money donated would go towards the general costs involved in this placement (day to day living costs, costs of materials such as instruments etc.).
