Mental health is something which is still a taboo - especially for young people. I am doing a skydive, on the 2nd September 2018, to raise money for this amazing charity who support, encourage and guide young people, between the ages of 11-25, with any mental health issues they may be facing.

In Charley's Memory is located in Burnham-On-Sea but supports the whole of Somerset. At the moment in Somerset, and nationwide I'm sure, it is very hard to access help via the NHS. The current waiting list is about 9 months and even then you are only offered help for 6 weeks.

This charity has helped, and is still helping, me massively through depression, an eating disorder, coming to terms with emotions and learning the importance of self love. There is no time limit on the treatment they provide, no waiting list, a wide range of professionals who volunteer and work shops and projects on offer.
