Fundraising for Iesus

Hello, I am Ana. I am a Medical Doctor and live with my family in Oxford, UK.

I will be most grateful for anyone who can help with this fundraising campaign in aid of my brother Iesus. He suffered an extensive cervical fracture following a motorcycle accident in Brazil and is now tetraplegic in Intensive Care Unit. Once his clinical condition allows, he will need to have neurosurgery to fix the broken vertebrae (C5-C6).

After his discharge from hospital, the family plans to move with him from his current location (Rio de Janeiro) to the capital Brasília, in order to be closer to specialised hospitals that are better equipped to assist with his recovery. He will need support throughout this entire process, from medicines, medical consumables, to a range of health care appointments and quad adaptations in the house and their surroundings.

The funds raised are to cover immediate needs and to support longer-term expenses, in particular to cover medical expenses, to buy equipment and to make the necessary quad-adaptations in the house.

Besides donations, we will also keep you posted about other ways that you may be able to help! This will include raffles, sales and special prizes for our sponsors! Any help is welcome, and I thank in advance for any donations and for anyone who shares this campaign with others!
