On 25/11/16 me and my husband lost our beautiful daughter Elsie-may, she was stillborn one day before her due date through a cord accident, she was our first born, a baby we had waited may years for.

While in hospital after giving birth to the most beautiful sleeping princess anyone has ever seen we had the use of a cuddle cot.

A cuddle cot is a cooling system that is a portable device that can fit into a moses basket or cot to keep a baby/child that has passed away with their parents for a little bit longer, me and darryl spend 3 days with Elsie-may, taking photos, cuddling her, dressing her and spending much needed time making a lifetime of memories in such a short space of tIme. Without the cuddle cot we would not of got even half of that time we did and we are forever greatful.

So we decided we would like to give another family the oppertunity to spend the time they need with their baby/child making memories.

This will be our second cuddle cot we have raised money for as the first one went to halifax and we hope it never gets used.

On 4th november 2017 we are holding a charity evening at the rock hotel in halifax (details available on the facebook event page) and if anyone is unable to make the evening and would still like to donate to the cause please feel free to do so.
