What I'm going to do over the next 30 days through the month of November is nothing compared to what Richard and his young family are going through.
I will be growing a beard which i have never done for Movember, no alcohol, and lose 20lb in weight to raise monies for Richard and his young family.

On October 10th, Richard sadly and suddenly lost his beautiful wife Kate, a day before her 29th birthday where she suddenly passed away at their family home. Kate leaves behind three young children, Liam who is 10, Zoe is 8 and little Ashley who has Autism is 6 years of age, what a massive shock and loss this is for this wonderful family.

Two of me best friends Laurence and his wife Sharon have gone out of their way for years helping others so I'm now doing this to help them raise vital monies to help Richard and his young family through a very difficult time, and ease his financial burden by now becoming mummy & daddy overnight.

Kate was a very kind fun loving mum who worked as a Cleaner in Withybush Hospital and dreamed one day of becoming a Midwife, she also dreamed of taking her children to Florida too, all these dreams Kate had and she has now been taken away so suddenly.

Lawrence, Kates brother said to me Col, Kate should be here with us now getting prepared for christmas and looking forward to spending it with her children, and she isn't here anymore! This broke my heart... Words cannot express my feelings writing this, and how Richard is feeling for one single minute.

So please can you all donate to my page even if it is just a pound, it will all help to give Richard and his three beautiful children a much needed financial boost at such a traumatic time.
