in the early hours on the 5th september, baby isaac stephen andrew thompson passed away, at just 18 days old this little man was born with spina bifida. He had to under go a major operation at just 30hours old. Isaac was a true fighter and pulled through. isaac was discharged when he was feeling better and allowed to come home. isaac at 2weeks an 4 days old sadly passed away at home with his mummy leaving behind a massive hole and a devastated family.

Im wanting to set this page up and try get together enough money for a young mum to give her little boy the best send off they deserve. This poor family have had nothing but heart ache for past couple of years through bereavments and illness, they truly deserve some help.
