Hi my name is ioan and im 9 years old. I have spina bifida and have been in a wheelchair since i was 2 as i cannot stand or walk due to my disability. Since i was born i have had hundreds of hospital appointments with various consultants and most of them are at Noahs ark childrens hospital in cardiff. I have also had lots of stays at the hospital whilst having operations and i love it that my parents get to stay with me as being in hospital can be scary. As we live over an hour away they get to stay at the ronald mcdonald house which is amazing as its in the hospital. I have decided that i would love to raise money for the hospital and ronald mcdonald house charity as they are amazing. I love a challenge as i am very competative and i love to see what i can do when someone tells me i cant. I think i am strong and determined and i am going to come up with a 100 challenges to complete to raise money for the charities. I am going to keep you all updated on my challenges with my facebook page, you tube and lots of photos and videos of my challenges. Some of the challenges will be easier then others but what might not be a challenge to an abled body may be more of a challenge for myself due to my disability. However, i will not let my disability stop me from trying anything i put my mind to.
