What a journey, but oh what an outcome! We are so relieved, thankful and forever grateful! Look at our amazing surgeons masterpiece for our baby! Don’t get me wrong this paints a perfect picture and this was just a moment in time today, but oh what a moment! She is now on the road to recovery! 1/3 Hello, we hope everyone is safe, well and enjoying seeing friends and family at a distance now. With lockdown easing and operations starting up again we lobbed the US Embassy with much help from friends and our local MP, the first application was rejected but keeping up the noise and pressure they reviewed our case and amazingly granted us permission to fly and help us across the borders. The excitement/relief did not last long as the hospital had to postpone our date to August. Many of you know the criteria is tight....

2/3 ....we are way in to the time frame of it working, we worry waiting for August will reduce the likelihood of Izzy getting VBT with her curves increasing every day So we’ve reached out to a surgeon in Turkey. They have just opened the borders, no isolation needed when we get there and direct planes. After losing so much money in flights and unused rental in America we are in a position where we need to continue the fund raising 😞. Every penny will help. Not everyone can afford to donate but please do send us positive vibes!
