My name is Isobel and I have set up Medley to create opportunities for more people to engage with art, music and nature for health and wellbeing. Medley began in autumn 2020 with a website and blog, and produces regular themed Creative Ideas. I have now started to run free projects as well. In February 2021 I ran an online art for wellbeing project, Free As A Bird, with 210 people registering to take part. In March 2021 I ran the Free As A Bird art project again (this time only for people having to shield from Covid-19, with 46 people signed up) and also ran a music for wellbeing project, Another Day, Another Song, for 36 people.

Medley is growing and is reaching more people all the time. In order to build on this and to develop its impacts, I will need some funds. I am committed to keeping all costs to an absolute minimum.

I am planning to run regular projects of different kinds. Some will be open to all, others will link up with particular support groups – for example, a group for stroke survivors or for people who have dementia - or with care homes. You might like to look at Medley's website here
