Weʼve raised £1,055 to GIFT my sister-in-law IVF treatment

    Story

My sister in law and her partner had been trying for a baby for 5 YEARS but sadly they were told the only way of conceiving would be through IVF treatment.

Sadly the latest news shows the funding for IVF through the NHS is being cut later this year.

The family was heartbroken by the news and the only way to afford IVF treatment privately is for them to find £7000.

I am donating my eggs to get the 'GIFT free IVF package' in return, this is if they accept my application and i am eligible. By the gift of giving this will discount the price of her IVF from £7000 to £3500. The £3500 is a summary of a list of other treatments required when having IVF (including medication, sedation, consultations, blood tests etc.)

In my eyes and beliefs of life, I think being a parent is a wonderful, important and precious experience that a couple should have a chance at. To think of someone being told they cant have that is devastating and life changing as well as extremely heart breaking. So through me leaning that they could have that chance through IVF treatment (although it being an expensive way) lightens my mind. Through my research I came across egg donation and put myself forward to help pay for part of their treatment. When looking into this I took into consideration how lovely it is that I could possibly help not only my sister in law and her partner, it would also help many couples out there that also need IVF but do not have eggs strong enough to stimulate a good embryo. I find this subject a very intense and emotional matter to talk about and I know many couples would give anything to just have a chance at becoming parents.

I have set up the page to raise a little more money for them to complete a cycle of IVF in the chance of a successful pregnancy. They have been working constantly to try save money and I would just like to make their lives that little bit easier with this.

ANY Donations are greatly appreciated by me, her, and the family.
