I will be going to Ecuador in the summer of 2018 for a month. In this time I will be helping the less fortunate local community by building a structure e.g. a toilet, to make their day to day lives easier. I will also be carrying out some conservation work to help the environment flourish in struggling areas, and I will be trekking up the mountains. To raise money for this trip mum and I going to do a sponsored skydive from 7000 ft and any donations would be greatly appreciated. This trip means a lot to me because I get the opportunity to help those less fortunate than myself and I am very interested in conservation for a future career. I feel that this trip would help me to gain a true insight to the sort of work I would be doing if I decided to pursue this path. I will be going with a few other students from my school, DHSG, and the whole trip is organised by Camps International. The total cost of the experience is £3980, and this covers flights, accommodations, meals, everything. All of the money donated will be going directly into this fund.
