We will be walking from Grasmere in the Lake district to the summit of Helm Crag which is about 3 miles on 7th October 2017.

This will be a very challenging walk for our players who all have varying degrees of physical ability.

Cerebral Palsy United football programme is the only CP specific football programme in the North West. 1 of only 2 in the entire country.

The club not only builds on the players skills, techniques and respect but teaches alot of personal development and goal setting which helps each players growth both within the game and personally.

The children who come into the club have been given a tough start in life and the staff, coaches and therapists at CP United are beyond amazing in helping each and every one to feel part of a team. To feel included. To give them great opportunity in moving through the stages of their programme but most of all working with each player on a personal level and guiding them to being the absolute best they can be!

Watching the players as they develop is just amazing 💚

Without this club and their programme most of these children wouldnt be able to be involved in a football team or most other sports.

My eldest boy Jack joined 2 years ago and CP United has become his life. 💚💚💚
