The passing of Jack and Josh has effected so many in our community and my friends and I are wanting to raise some money and awareness for both of their charities.

The Jack Riding foundation aims to raise awareness and provide free heart screenings to all involved in sport aged between 16-35 around Liverpool. The Josh Hemmings Foundation helps to raise awareness for children's mental health. These charities are in memory of Jack Riding and Josh Hemmings who are both dearly missed by all who knew them.

We are planning to climb Moel Famau on Saturday 26th September and all proceeds raised with be split equally between the two foundations. Anyone is more than welcome to come and join the walk and any donations are really appreciated!
