Story
Truro College Swazi Trip 2017! Swaziland is a small landlocked kingdom, bordered in the North, West and South by the Republic of South Africa and by Mozambique in the East. The countries children are deprived of the same luxuries as those of the UKs , particually when it comes to education. This results in a lack of oppertunity for swazi children.
Every year Truro and Penwith College raise monney for the children of the Shewula orphanage. This year myself and a team of 40 others from truro college in cornwall, are hoping to raise monney again to put children from the shrewula orphanage in swazi through secondary education.
This year its my turn to play a part, and for fundrasing i will be completing a 100 mile cycle rode in one day around the cornish coast courtesy of BF adventure training centre. I will keep you all posted on training and news of the event in the comments below.
As you may see from the video the children love new toys and clothes equally, so if you have any old clothes or toys leave a message on this page and we can organise something!
All donations go dtraight into the ‘Truro and Penwith College Sheeula Orphanage Charity’ and will be greatly appreciated not only by Truro and penwith College but more importantly by the children of the Shewula Oraphanage.
Thankyou!
