Story
In September I am running the Great North Run for The Nicola Emmerson Trust a local charity. Nicola passed away suddenly and unexpectedly whilst celebrating her birthday, her heart had stopped beating and she could not be resuscitated.
The Trust dedicated in Nicola's memory will help raise funds for Papworth Hospital researching sudden cardiac death in young people.
I ran a marathon earlier this year for a personal achievement and would now like to give something back doing something I love.

7 years agoHi everyone shortly I'll be heading out for my Tuesday clubrun which just leaves me one more plus one longer weekend run before I head off to Newcastle with some of my fellow Royston Runners. I'll proudly be wearing my Team Nix vest as I take my place at the start alongside thousands of other runners. I'd like to thank everyone who has sponsored me already and would like to take this chance to say there is still time to help me reach my target. Anything would be very much appreciated, thank you in advance ❤️ Xx
