Jack Wood is a young man from Pembrokeshire with Downs Syndrome. He has a really gentle spirit, a delightful sense of humour and makes everyone feel good. He loves music, dancing and swimming. He swims with Pembrokeshire Puffins every week but doesn’t usually do open water swimming. It’s been his ambition to swim across the Cleddau river from Pembroke Ferry to Burton Ferry (just over quarter of a mile). On 13th August 2018 he aims to fulfil his ambition and at the same time raise money towards buying a defibrillator for his village. That’s where you come in - can you help Jack to reach his target?
