This is my friend Damien, he left his job, gave his car and flat up once he found out his father was diagnosed with terminal lung cancer that had spread to his spine and brain.

He didn't want the last four months of his dads life to be spent in a hospice so he did what he had to do so he could become his dads carer and look after him. sadly December the 20th his father passed away holding his sons hand whilst having his favourite beetles music being played.

now he is left with nothing, the council took his dads flat as he wasn't a tenant and because of his depression brought on by the loss of his father his girlfriend of six years left, he is currently residing on his mothers cramped sofa with his beloved dogs by his side.

This twenty-eight year old lad has a heart of gold and wouldn't have change anything about what he did and he is very proud that he looked after his "old man"

He just needs a little help to get back on his feet and back in his own place, which at the moment with the cost of estate agent fees and the fact you have to pay a deposit and six months rent upfront is keeping him and his two dogs stuck a his mothers

I am writing this in the hope that if a few people could just give a little loose change they have about the house this young lad would be given the chance to get back on his feet and hopefully smile again soon. He did what a son had to do and now he deserves a bit of happiness in his life.
