Story
Royce Smith (Jade’s granddad) will be riding his bike from London to The lizard Cornwall to coincide with his first cycle trip 50yrs (ago almost to the day) to help raise funds for her to compete for Great Britain in Ireland in July.
Team GB Atlantic Challenge selects a crew of 20 young people from across Great Britain to row/sail in a gruelling 10 day contest of seamanship. This event is held bi-annually with crew competing against 14 other countries and will the second time Jade has been selected following her first contest in Denmark 2016 where Team GB placed 4th.
