Viridor Runcorn ERF have organised a team of Viridor employees to run the Tatton Park 10K event on October 14th to raise awareness and funds for the chosen charity.

CANsupport is a charity close to one of our employees at Runcorn ERF, Jaime McGarrie, whose mum has been diagnosed with bowel cancer and requires ongoing treatment at the Hospital. So far the support from the charity has been invaluable. They have provided a number of services to the whole family for coping and managing the illness, to promote positive well being and to ensure that everyone involved is looked after during the chemotherapy treatment process in the oncology clinic

The charity aims to help anyone affected by cancer, including family, friends and carers and relies heavily on fundraising to allow them to function.
