Depher cic was founded in March 2017 after we witnessed a Plumbing and Heating company trying to overcharge and scam an elderly and disabled gentleman out of a total of £5500.00. We arrived in time, he called us for a second opinion - we spent 45 minutes with him repairing his boiler that was not dangerous, as he was led to believe by this other Plumbing and Heating company.

As you know we are working very hard every single day from 7am to 9pm or later, we are getting to hundreds of people every week.

We have now purchased over £10,000 worth of PPE and handed it out FREE of charge to hundreds of NHS staff and Carers in the communities.

Over the last 5 weeks we have established a food bank and have supplied food for over 50 families per week, this will grow as we move forward through the pandemic and beyond.

Our engineer are still working and doing emergency installations and breakdowns, from new boilers for FREE.

If you search Depher ltd on Facebook you will see a surprise birthday we done for a 7 year old who was stuck in isolation with her mother who is a carer, it will bring a tear.

Many Rogue traders

Take advantage of the elderly as well as the disabled, they are picked out because of their age or health issues and seen as an easy target. Depher cic will remove this situation and danger by enabling every elderly and disabled person in the United Kingdom access to our services 24 hours a day. We work with age concern and will establish a database that we can use to keep in touch with the growing population of elderly and disabled people

Sending the elderly and disabled contact cards and safe trader information as well as a 24 hour emergency helpline that can assist them if they ever need advice or a visit from a local and trusted Engineer.There are companies that are charging way more than the elderly and disabled can afford, this is putting them in a position where they have to choose between heating their home or having food to eat.

Helping the homeless with support to the local homeless charity

Last year over 50,000 people died because of cold homes and fuel poverty, depher will work hard and quickly to reduce this number every year.

We have been delivering the service for 2 years now and have helped over 2300 elderly and disabled people in the communities, from water leaks to gas leaks and carbon monoxide issues, also broken gas appliances and heating or hot water breakdowns.

What we Promise to and deliver

The people you see above have all benefited from our community service when they needed it the most, they were all able to save and use the savings for food and electric or gas top ups. This enables them to stay safe and warm in the winter.

We never discriminate or ask questions, we always arrive with a smile and leave knowing that the people we help are safe, warm and will survive the emergency that they faced.

Above you will see just a fraction of the dangers that we see and repair on a daily basis, if these issues were left and the elderly or disabled person could not afford to get them repaired then the outcome would be catastrophic for them and for their families.

The lady above had an issue with her boiler not working, she called us and asked if we could test her thermostat. When we arrived i could smell a strong presence of gas in the kitchen ( she could not because of health issues ).After i done a test on the gas meter i found a full gas leak that was immediately dangerous. We found the leak on the cooker and rectified the problem by fitting her a new cooker. This lady could have lost her life if the issue was not found.

The lady has now got a new and safe boiler so her and her children can rebuild their lives in safety.

In the middle of winter 2018 this lady could have perished in the cold because her boiler was not working, she and her daughter rang many plumbers who could not help them. Depher turned up at 8.45 pm and after 30 minutes we had her boiler working again.

This lady had a major water leak from her electric shower, we helped her by supplying and fitting a new shower for her with no cost because we had funding available, she could not afford a shower on her small income and needed it to keep her healthy. She was so worried that is brought her to tears.

We are always available 24 hours a day but we cannot do it alone, we really need YOUR HELP so we can save and help the elderly and disabled people that are in danger.
