I would like to raise at least £200 for the Birmingham Childrens Hospital. their work is vital to help children born poorly and they need as much money as they can. Every little helps so even if you just donate a couple of quid i and the hospital will appreciate it. I will keep you informed of my training progress as i go along

7 years agoIt's just over two months till I take part in the Great Birmingham Run. I did my first half marathon last month in 2h13m18. I hope to break two hours but training will be hard with dark nights setting in. Ill keep you posted. Kind regards James
