Story

Myself and several others are taking on the challenge of the Welsh Velothon. A challenging 140km course, which incorporates two famous climbs: "Caerphilly Mountain" and "The Tumble” with a total elevation of 1,822 metres.
This will be my toughest challenge to date but I am doing this to make a difference to the lives of young people.
With your help i will Live, Breathe, Believe and Achieve!

Did a 50 miler on Saturday and feeling pretty good. It's fair to say that I don not like hills!

Had a couple of training rides. Doing a charity ride for St Peters Hospice this weekend. Only 50km. Lost 5kg and starting to feel slightly better. A long way to go but we'll get there!
