Story
For some crazy reason I have always wanted to swim the English Channel. Having competed in Open Water Swimming events over last 6/7 years, I soon realised my body could not handle being in 15c waters for numerous hours (total admiration for those that have completed the epic swim solo). I’m delighted to have the opportunity, through Swimyourswim, to undertake the Channel Swim Relay with the Crazy Krackens team. Having always raised funds for National charities, I wanted to do something closer to home.
With national school budget cuts, the ability to provide high quality PE provision and equipment has suffered. Given my role and passion for sports, I want to be able to provide all students the opportunity to not only thrive in sport but help inspire and nurture the next generation of professional athletes.
Any sponsorship is massivly appreciated! We will be swimming the channel one day beweeen the 20th - 27th June. You can follow the swim and the crazy team of 5 via;
