On the 3rd Decemeber l purchased two puppies that l had saved up for a long time to buy. I travelled eight hours to purchase these puppies. Whilst the other puppy is thriving, happy and healthy it is a very different story for Angel. In the four weeks that l have had her she has been hospitalised for most of this time due to hereditary conditions when she was bred. This poor dog has had to have one eye removed and we are desperately now trying to save any sight in the other eye requiring round the clock care. Whilst this has affected our lives dramatically this puppy is unbelieveably still happy and we need to give her every chance to go on to have the best life she can. The vets bills are in excess of £5000 due to the fact that as soon as l got her home l started noticing that she was not like a normal puppy and got her to the vet immediately. Therefore her condition was diagnosed immediately which made any chance of purchasing pet insurance impossible because they will not cover pre-existing conditions. Financially this has been a very stressful time and also extremely emotional watching a tiny puppy suffer in this way. We would be so grateful for any donations even the tiniest amount to try and give Angel all the care she needs in the coming weeks.
