Hi everyone my name is James Stroud, I am 18 and run for the Folkestone running club. On the 22nd of April I will be running the London marathon for the first time (one of only a few 18 year olds running this year) and I thought what a fantastic opportunity to raise some money for the East Kent Hospitals Celia Blakey Chemotherapy Unit at the William Harvey Hospital in Ashford.

The new refurbished unit open in March 2017 making for a warm, caring and supportive environment that gives patients the energy and inspiration they need to help them through their treatment.

I want to help the unit continue to deliver the exceptional care by providing the hard working and dedicated lovely team of staff with the funds to continue adding to the unit and making it even better.

So please help me raise some funds and give something back to the community by helping provide better facilities for many more patients during their treatment.
