I am doing a zipline from the Tyne Bridge to help raise funds for my gorgeous little nephew James' wheelchair fund. Those of you who know James will know what a determind happy and loving little man he is. He is such an inspiration and deals with life in the most amazing way. I want to try and add more funds to his pot so we can get the wheelchair he needs. Here is a little bit more about James and his life and what he deals with on a daily basis along with his wonderl parents Mark and Karen.

James has an undiagnosed condition meaning that as far as we know James is the only person who has the range of medical problems and symptoms that he has. There's nothing to google or other families Mark and Karen can relate to, or a name to put towards it just a list of issues really. So most noticeably James cannot move his legs he also has little feeling in his legs and extremely low muscle tone in them. He cannot really weightbare through his legs but with a lot of Physio and help can take a few steps using gators, a walker and assistance from a Physio. James also has low muscle tone in his core neck and face this has meant James has scoliosis and wears a specialist scoliosis suit under his clothing which pulls his spine straighter, although he will eventually need a brace in the future. When he gets into his teenage years will have several spinal surgeries !! He will have to have rods surgically implanted to straighten his spine. James has a bladder deformity and was born with a blockage from his bladder to his urethra and currently expels Urine from a Stoma, his kidneys are deformed and very weak, he suffers from recurring urine infections often requiring hospitalisation and IV antibiotics, as a result of this and his poor kidneys Mark and Karen have been told James will go in to renal failure at som
