I would like to raise this money so that this family can take their daughter on holiday to Disney Land Paris.

I would like to make this possible for this incredible family who have been through so many trying and harowing times.

I have known this family for over 4 years and there story has made me cry & brought me soo much admiration for them.

Freja spent the first 17 months of her life in Great Ormand Street hospital & had her tracheostomy at 4 months old because she became reliant on a ventilator to help her breath after open heart surgery and various complications.

In 2012 Freja suffered a cardiac arrest & her heart stopped for 15minutes causing her to have a bleed on her brain.

5 years and 10 months later, after a further 3 open heart surgeries and 5 cardiac catheters Freja reached the stage where the doctors were happy to try taking away her tracheostomy.

On 6th September Freja was allowed to be discharged tracheostomy free😃

Freja is incredible she has been through soo much & at such a young age. Freja is a ray of sunshine! She is always smiling, takes everything in her stride and i adore her! Her parents are her main carers & are so admirable & give her the most amazing care!

I would love to make this dream to come true for Freja, a holiday with no tracheostomy & half the equipment to enjoy and celebrate with her parents.

The funds raised will be to pay for their holiday to Paris.
