Do you really need another Christmas jumper?

Mathius, Kevin and their friends need a jumper for the new school year which starts in January.

Just £5 will buy sufficient yellow and green yarn to knit a jumper for a Child Africa student. At 2347m it gets cold during the day and even colder at night in the Kabale hills. This is often the only jumper a child will own. However, the jumpers need replacing as the children outgrow them or through constant wear and tear they are no longer usable.

Local Ugandan women will machine knit the jumpers - so you are also helping them to earn money to feed their families.
