Our lovely Nanny Melanie has a 3 year old son called Luis. He had congenital heart disease and needs surgery soon. Melanie lives in Abu Dhabi with us and her son is in the Philippines. Melanie has kept this all very quiet as in her words she 'doesnt want it to affect her work'. Melanie sends her whole wage home easch month but the operation is very expensive. Luis is 3 months younger than our own son Louie who Melanie treats as her own and we want to help her and her family as much as possible. Melanie is currently raising money by selling t-shirts but we want to help as much as we can. The operation is very expensive so every little helps! Thanks in advance for any contribution.
