Story
My brother Jordan has a heart condition and as a result of a operation when he was only 10 days old he now suffers from mental problems as well. His condition is getting worse and we have no idea how long his heart will hold out. He is 23 years of age and i would love to be able to take him away with the rest of the family so he can see a little bit of the world. We have not long ago lost our dad and that has hit him extra hard as he doesn't really understand where he has gone.
Please help us send Jordan on a wonderful holiday
